The location was near the metro station. It was quite convenient. I found the staff helpful. They provided useful suggestions for local restaurants. Breakfast offered many choices including vegetarian options and great coffee.

The floorboards creaked a lot. It was hard to sleep when neighbors moved. I heard loud conversations through the walls from other guests. This was a disturbance. There was no first-floor lobby. I entered between two shoe stores.

I loved the helpful guidebooks. It really made exploring so much easier. The breakfast had a comprehensive spectrum of foods, eggs were cooked to order, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff helped me with my Portuguese , they were very friendly. The room was super clean , the shower cubicle was massive.

The staff were very cute and offered assistance with directions. They sat down with guests and gave insights. All of the staff were always smiling and polyglot, happy to help in any way they could, day and night. A welcome glass of wine at checkin made for a great start.

My room was gorgeous and well fitted out with lots of character, the perfect combination! The bed was very comfy, the shower was great, and there was lots of space, everyday the room was cleaned. I had a lovely, clean room, it was spacious and super clean.

Beverages and snacks were available all day and night , which was appreciated. I enjoyed the dedication to preserving the crafts and the farm grown botanical teas. The location is great, next to Rossio Metro and within walking distance to many attractions.
